“Radiant action!” are two superlative words that details PE. PE keeps me active and fit and freshens my whole body especially after studying for hours with our bottoms stuck to chairs. Like any other classes we go over rules and are required to memorize certain informations we are taught in class. This year we started off with volleyball then we moved on to soccer, handball, basketball, and currently we are on a new unit, “track and field.” I didn’t have problems performing these activities. Also, I enjoyed short games we played called, “Hitman,” and dodgeball. Hitman is a game where everyone is enemy to one another and the only rule is to strike the opponent out by hitting (throw and match) the person with a ball. We just completed our half-mile run (I completed in 3min 1 sec), pull-ups (6), sit-ups (62), and flexibility (7 inches). I believe that these components test my ablility and limits of my body, strength, agility, endurance, flexibility, and also mental strength since in order to study, we need certain amount of strength and energy, without it, it will be difficult for us to think thoroughly. Therefore, PE not only keeps us fit and healthy but takes our learning to another level and definitely helps us to achieve our learning.
